Terms of Service - Pharmacy Weight Loss Louth

Pharmacy Weight Loss Louth | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last Updated: July 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Louth is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management services and prescription medicines to patients in Louth and the surrounding UK. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK pharmacy law.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete an accurate and honest medical consultation questionnaire before any prescription is issued. Our prescribers reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed clinically inappropriate for you.

Weight loss prescription medicines are only suitable for patients meeting specific clinical criteria, including relevant BMI thresholds and health conditions. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may put your health at risk and may constitute a criminal offence.

3. Prescriptions

All prescriptions issued through our service are provided by a qualified, registered UK prescriber following an online clinical assessment. No prescription will be issued automatically; each request is reviewed individually.

We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription. Prescriptions are issued at the clinical discretion of our prescribers and cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any prescription request where we consider it clinically unsuitable or unsafe.

Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review. You must inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or circumstances between orders.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

Payment does not guarantee issuance of a prescription. If our prescriber declines your request for clinical reasons, a full refund will be issued promptly.

5. Delivery

Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to stock availability and the performance of third-party courier services. While we endeavour to meet this timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has left our pharmacy.

Medicines will be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate. We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address being provided.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines under UK pharmacy regulations, except where the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible via our website. We will process eligible refunds within 14 days of approval.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for using any prescribed medication in accordance with the instructions provided. You must read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication. If you experience any adverse effects, you should stop taking the medication and seek medical advice immediately.

You must not share prescription medicines with any other person. Prescription medicines are issued for your personal use only.

8. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our website and during your consultation is for guidance purposes only and does not replace the advice of your GP or other healthcare professional. We strongly recommend you inform your GP of any medicines prescribed through our service.

We are not responsible for outcomes arising from failure to disclose accurate medical information during your consultation, or from using our service contrary to the clinical guidance provided.

9. Data and Privacy

We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
